1st CALL FOR TEACHING ASSISTANCE COMPETITION 2nd SEMESTER 2022 CCCV

It is reported that as of August the application process for teaching assistantships corresponding to the second academic semester 2022 begins.

Students interested in applying should consider the following:

Maximum hours of assistantships:

Undergraduate students: maximum 15 hours

Students doing only the Degree Report: maximum 20 hours

Postgraduate students: maximum 20 hours

Request for extension of hours: in the case of having more hours, an Extension Request must be submitted up to a maximum of 30 hours. As of this semester, the entry of the data corresponding to the applications must be made by the student using the following form.

It is important to consider the selected assistant when making the request. It is requested by form and DGD manages the visa for Head of Course. It is requested by form and DGD manages the visa for Head of Course and Academic Vice-Rector.
School of Learning Assistants (EAA): you must take the training program for assistants carried out by the Department of Teaching and Learning. Certification is a requirement to practice as an assistant. https://dea.usm.cl/docencia/escuela-de-asistentes-de-aprendizaje/

Up-to-date registration: in order to receive the assistantship scholarship, the student must have a current registration in the semester that the assistantship is carried out.

Application: it is made in the following form. You must complete all the data and upload the Academic Summary and Certificate of the School of Learning Assistants.

CCCV application deadline: August 19, 5:00 p.m.

Enter and/or update bank accounts: selected students must check their bank account in the USM Self-Service Portal. In the event that you need to modify and/or report your bank account, you must directly contact the accounting administrators of the Finance Department according to your campus or headquarters:
